Is it possible to do a pre-check-in?
Yes. After making the reservation, we will send you an email with instructions of how to proceed with the pre-check-in 7 days before your stay and also 3 days before. You can fill in your details and avoid wasting time when you arrive at the hotel.
Are there any smoking areas in the hotel?
Smoking is only permitted in outdoor areas such as terraces
Does the hotel have its own parking?
Yes – paid underground and some parking spaces available outside. For information on parking please refer to the hotel website.
Can I leave my luggage in the hotel before check-in and after check-out?
Yes. All our hotels have room for storing luggage before check-in and after check-out.
Do rates include pool access?
Yes. Fees include pool access for guests.
What is the SPA and pool schedule?
Spa – 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM / Pool – 10:00 AM – 8:00 PM.
Can I use the spa services without being accommodated?
Yes, you don’t have to be a guest to use the services of our spa and gym.
Is the parking paid? What is the value?
Garage parking is paid at 10,00 euros a day.
Is it possible to reserve parking in advance in order to guarantee it?
No, it will be subject to availability on arrival at the hotel.
Are pets allowed in the hotel?
Pets are allowed under certain conditions (size and function) for a supplement of 25.00 euros per day.
Does the hotel have meeting rooms?
The hotel has five meeting rooms in the ground floor and one meeting room on the eighth floor.
Does the hotel have weeding services?
It is possible to have weedings at the hotel by booking it with the events department.
Are there any lifts?
Yes. The hotel has 3 lifts for guests.
Are there any chargers for electric cars?
There are chargers for electric cars outside the hotel and also in the garage at an additional cost.
Is there any Wi-fi service in the hotel (including rooms)?
Yes, there is wi-fi service in the entire hotel.
Does the hotel have lobby and public spaces?
Yes, hotel does have lobby and public spaces.
Does the hotel have laundry and ironing service?
Yes. With an additional cost you can have this service.
Which activities can be booked in the reception?
Surfing, Horse Riding and other leisure activities – check with the Hotel reception on the day.
Are there activities available for children?
Yes, various – from kids club (all year round, no entertainers) , to animation (during summer) , children’s pool and an outdoor park all year round.
Is babysitting available?
On request, please contact reception to check availability with an external company.
How does the lost property work?
We keep all items for 6 months, at the end of which they will be given to charitable organisations if not claimed.
